Corringham Winter Fayre 2004

Once a year, the citizens of Corringham town centre get together to raise money in a "Dickensian Evening", where all helpers (and most shopkeepers, too!) will dress in a manner similar to that of the Dickensian period. This year, the rotary club that run the evening decided to have a "Winter Fayre" instead. This meant that the theme for the evening was equal to the present day, and instead of dressing dickensian, the organisers brought in fairground rides and other attractions. The cadets were there to help (as usual) and to raise money. Below are some images to try and give you an idea of the atmosphere on the evening.
